HI EARL, WITH THE BEST VOTE OF CONFIDENCE,      I AM A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER OF FRANKLIN PEST CONTROL.  AFTER 2+ YEARS OF SERVICE, I HAVE NOT HAD A COMPLAINT YET. I FEEL THE YEARLY FEE IS FAIR AND COMPETITIVE TO OTHER PEST CONTROL COMPANIES BUT, UNLIKE OTHER COMPANIES, EARL MAKES YOU FEEL AS IF I AM HIS ONLY CUSTOMER. I AM ALWAYS PROMPLTY REMINDED OF WHEN IT'S TIME FOR A SERVICE AND HAVE NEVER BEEN CHARGED FOR ANY IN BETWEEN VISITS THAT MAY HAVE COME UP. I APPRECIATE THE QUICK RESPONSE TIME AS WELL WHEN I HAVE NEEDED EARL TO TAKE CARE OF THOSE PESTY TENNESSEE ANTS! MIGHT I ALSO ADD, THIS IS THE FIRST SUMMER I HAVE NOT HAD ONE IN MY HOUSE!!!
Earl, These days, it’s rare to find good customer service from anyone so when I receive service that absolutely "blows me away" I have to make the time to stop and say so. Your company provides service that is second to none! I have had unusual problems with pests this year and when I call your office to report a problem, it is always attended to immediately … not in a few days or next week as most would expect … but right away! It is apparently from all of my encounters with your staff that you take a great deal of pride in all you do and that philosophy impressed upon all your employees. It shows not only in the service, but also in every technician’s appearance (with their starched and pressed uniforms),their courteous, professional mannerisms and attention to detail.
